• Forensic Accounting.  Reviewed clients accounting system identifying and fixing entry errors that were making their books unmanageable, including showing them owing over $1 million in line of credit that was actually only 200K.
• Software Team allocation model to balance development and support time for multiple teams allowing user to determine number of teams required based on  customer projects in acquired and supported
• Project Managed RFI for survey tool provider search, contacted, filtered and coordinated with over 40 international providers of survey tools and support.
• General consulting on Small Business Setup, Quicken/QuickBooks use and reporting, information governance and excel formula optimizations for multiple customers.
• Developed a mathematical model to allow for valuation of one commodity in the price of  other commodities as they are traded across multiple exchanges in many different national currencies.
• Built financial planning and tracking spread sheet that will allow users to track all income and expenses in Google Sheets, including both planned and unplanned transactions. The tool will help them see their current and future balances along with a date they will drop below a personally set threshold.
• Led the deployment of Blue Prism scripts for Finance Billing reconciliation, GTR customer on boarding and Underwriting security issuance processing
• Managed infrastructure to create Development, Test and Production hardware environments including specifications, testing and configuring tools

• Managed Kill a Stupid Rule program identifying 120 annoying process functions and resolving 75 of them to either improve or remove from the process within 6 months

• Managed and oversaw 26 staff doing accounting, consulting, development, marketing, test, business development and customer support.
• Expert on the Army’s CCTT combat simulator. Original designer and systems engineer overseeing support of almost 3 million lines of code
• Provided models, papers and consultation on Damage Assessment modeling for the Army, Navy and Marine Corps training. Spoke at symposium in Aberdeen, VA for Naval Air Warfare managers.
• Migrated billing data from one proprietary system to new system using Oracle, Excel and Access tool sets. Data needed to be extracted, converted, reformatted and then loaded into new Oracle system.
